• Weighbridge:
  Quarry Pro can link to any weighbridge equipment.
  
  
• Ready Mix Batch Plant:
  Quarry Pro can seamlessly be linked to your batching plant to automate data entry. This avoids duplication of data entry.
  
  
• Docket Generation:
  Quarry Pro has the ability to quickly process tickeys/dockets therefore removing any backlog at the loading depot.
  
  
• Automatic pricing by site:
  The Customer Price File enables you to assign specific prices to customers according to the products they purchase and distance of delivery. This saves time because the system “knows” the correct price to charge each customer. Users no longer need to refer to paper based price lists during invoicing.
  
  
• Detailed Haulage Analysis:
  Quarry Pro provides a detailed analysis for hauliers by Radius and Load/Ton rate. It allows you to set up individual haulage pricing methods depending on whether the drivers are Owner-Driver or employed directly by the company.
  
  
• Automatic Invoicing:
  Quarry Pro will allow you to generate invoices for hauliers and drivers as well as regular customer invoices.  All dockets/tickets are automatically transferred into the account system for invoicing.

• Orders Entry:
  The system will allow you to generate and maintain orders. Repeats on similar orders can also be copied from existing to new orders.
  
  
• Debtors:
  Quarry Pro contains a fully integrated debtors ledger including statements, aged debtors listing and interest charges on overdue invoicing.

• Blocked Accounts:
  Quarry Pro allows a user to select accounts and put them on hold due to bad debts.
