Infoscience launches latest version of its Livestock Auction System on Microsoft .NET platform

Galway, September 25, 2006 – Infoscience, one of Irelands leading niche software development houses, today announced the release of the company’s .NET based livestock auction application. The InfoMart.NET auction application has been the result of over two years of research and development encompassing the full functionality and reliability of the existing Infomart application.
Using a Microsoft .NET framework, InfoMart.NET is a fully integrated livestock auction application that will provide marts with a more enhanced and more streamlined user experience. Along with the implementation of a new framework, InfoMart.NET incorporates several new system features that expand its reporting capabilities. Livestock Marts will now be able to manage debtors and creditors more effectively, track sales and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
InfoMart.NET also brings with it a new and enhanced user interface. End users will immediately notice the new look and feel and the system provides a customisable role base security model that ensures that user access is aligned with their responsibilities within the mart.
